About Glenfern House - Student Accommodation in Bournemouth
We are a privately owned and managed student halls of residence located in Bournemouth. First opened in 1994, our accommodation has 92 rooms on the 5th and 6th floor above the NCP car park. The annex was opened the following year and has 34 rooms; it is situated next door to the main house and has 17 rooms on both the 1st and 2nd floor.
The resident wardens ensure that the residence is manned 24 hours every day - even Christmas day! There is always help available for our students and we pride ourselves on our friendly and safe environment. Both buildings are covered by CCTV both inside and outside and the entrances are by security coded keys. The lift to the 5th floor operates 24 hours. All current legislation is adhered to and we hold certificates for our fire protection and environmental health as well as electrical certification.
