- Admin Fee £100.00
- Key Deposit £20.00 (refundable)
- Medium Annex Room £79.62 per week (£345.00 per calendar month)

Please print our the application for tenancy form, complete it, sign it and post it or e-mail it back to us.
Within 14 days of sending your booking form you will be required to send us the following:
- Lease Agreement signed by yourself
- The Guarantor Form signed by your parent/guardian and witnessed (for UK residents only)
- 8 post dated cheques for £345 dated 15th of each month from September to April (for UK residents only)
As you are paying two months in advance you will not need to give us a cheque for 15th May since it is the last month of the lease.
- You will have to pay a security deposit of £365 which includes £20 key deposit. This will be taken from your credit card when we confirm that we have accepted to have you as a tenant. This will be registered with the Tenancy Deposit Solutions Ltd and will be refunded after your departure.
- The lease is from 15th September to 15th June and the rent will be payable as follows; on 15th September you pay 4 months rent, on 15th January you pay 4 months rent and the 15th April (1 month early) you pay the last month's rent.
